Laura Geter

Laura is an Assistant Property Manager in the Mid-Atlantic Region and works on several properties across the Northern Virginia area. Laura joined Transwestern in June of 2020 and works on 1.5 million square feet of office and industrial buildings. Lauras client list includes DWS/RREEF, Stockbridge, NRP and she previously assisted with managing 5 buildings for Barings.

Laura began her property management career in 2018 at Rockhill Management as a Property Administrator. After joining Transwestern in 2020 as an Assistant Property Manager, Laura has assisted with multiple building sales, construction projects, financials, daily operations and tenant relations efforts. Laura has experience managing industrial, office office/retail properties and has gained experience working with GSA tenants.

Laura earned her bachelors degree at Old Dominion University in sports management.
