Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Larry serves as Executive Managing Director and as a member of Transwesterns Board of Directors. Larry specializes in Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions out of Transwestern's Chicago office, where he represents users across the United States and internationally. Larrys dedication to maximizing his clients business goals, and how real estate enables their success, is evidenced by his many long-term relationships with multi-market clients. Larry also co-leads Transwesterns Sports & Entertainment Practice.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Larry joined Transwestern in 2006 and serves in a leadership role for Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions, Transwesterns Midwest region for all service lines and across Transwestern's Family of Companies. He previously served as Chair of Transwesterns Emerging Leaders Council, representing the millennials of the firm. Additionally, Larry serves as a liaison for Transwesterns international partners in BNP Paribas Real Estate and ENCOR.

EDUCATION

Larry received his bachelors degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison, where he was a member of the Phi Eta Sigma honors society and was recognized on the Deans List both nationally and at UW. He holds a ULI-endorsed certificate in urban real estate from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Larry is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
