TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As Managing Director in Transwestern’s Dallas office, Jordan leads Transwestern’s prominent multi-market team specializing in Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions. His highly specialized team prides itself on providing high-touch service and customized portfolio strategies to multi-market occupiers. Jordan has continuously served on Transwestern’s National Board of Directors since 2017. 

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Jordan’s experience managing over 1,500 locations for occupiers across the country enables him to advise clients in best processes, financial structures, and overall lease strategy. His passion and ability to build and leverage trusted relationships with clients and Transwestern colleagues gives him a unique perspective into best practices across the country.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Jordan is an active member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) and the Young Professional Forum Committee Chair from 2019, 2020, and 2021. Jordan has also led Transwestern’s Dallas Office Young Professionals Chapter since 2017.  He has also received the following recognition:

Jordan graduated from Texas Tech University with degrees in Finance and Economics.
