Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Kevin is the Director of Engineering for Transwestern’s Southern California Region. He is responsible for all engineering operations, technical support, and energy reduction and building sustainability programs across the firm’s 18.8-million-square-foot portfolio of assets in the region. Additionally, he manages the implementation of Transwestern’s engineering operating procedures, including team members’ safety training and continuing education, and ensures corporate goals are supported from an engineering perspective. He oversees assets across Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange County, the Inland Empire and Las Vegas.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, he was a Portfolio Chief Engineer at ABM Industries, responsible for managing a three-building complex comprised of more than one million square feet of Class A office space. He previously held engineering roles at CBRE, Equity Office Properties and Manulife Real Estate during his 20+ year engineering career.
