Karen Epperson, RPA, is a Vice President in the Dallas and Las Colinas Region of the Dallas Ft. Worth Metroplex managing 4+MM square feet. She is focused on ensuring that her properties perform in accordance with, and above and beyond her clients’ expectations by providing excellent leadership to team members, maintaining a high level of market awareness in order to interpret and anticipate trends, and successfully communicating and implementing corporate policies, programs and initiatives within the portfolio.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Karen has more than 25 years of results-oriented business experience. She was a Vice President for Bank of America in their Corporate Cash Management and Best Practices Divisions and served as a National Operational Excellence Task Force Member. She has been a Real Estate Consultant for Government Contractors in Washington DC, and recently, managed commercial assets in Tysons, Virginia overseeing and repositioning 1.2 MM square feet of Class A office and mixed-use property for Rockpoint Group L.L.C. Karen originally began her career with Transwestern in 2015 and other prestigious clients she represented include: AEW, Rubenstein Partners, and Griffith Partners.
Karen has superior expertise in creating synergistic partnerships and communities within properties. She specializes in exceptional communication between owners, tenants, and team members while adding value to the bottom line through operational savings and tenant retention.
PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION
Karen was awarded Transwestern’s highest award for customer service and tenant satisfaction and is also the 2024 recipient of the Transwestern Experience Award demonstrating exceptional service and workmanship to clients, tenants, and co-workers. She is currently on the Transwestern Task Force for Employee Training and Best Practices.
EDUCATION
Karen attended Texas A&M University where she graduated with honors earning a BBA in Business Management. She has also earned her BOMA RPA.
