Caroline Carfi

Caroline is responsible for providing innovative asset services for a portfolio of six buildings, consisting of approximately 900,000 square feet of office, flex and industrial space, for Transwestern clients Peakstone Realty Trust and DWS. She is a member of a team that currently manages approximately 8.1 million square feet of commercial real estate space across Greater Phoenix.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Caroline was a real estate manager with the Ryan Companies. She managed a 1.5 million square foot portfolio of Class A office, industrial and retail space, provided construction management services for a $3 million capital management project, and directed a five-person team of engineers and real estate coordinators. Previously, she held property management roles at Kinsale Realty Group.

Caroline graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in Communications. She has volunteered with Delta Gamma Foundation and Junior League of Phoenix.
