Lori currently assists in the management and operations of a portfolio of office and industrial properties totaling nearly 1 million square feet across Los Angeles. Lori is the first contact for day-to-day operations and is highly skilled at handling all aspects of tenant and vendor-related issues.
Her responsibilities include client, tenant and vendor communications, vendor coordination for service and repair work, accounts payable, aged receivables, variance reports, Energy Star® input, insurance tracking, budget preparation and input, capital project preparation and walkthroughs, tenant and vendor file maintenance, service agreements, sub-meter information compilation for billing purposes, and property inspections. Lori is proficient in a variety of software programs for budgeting, invoice payment, financials, insurance certificates, building access control systems, and more. Lori is always ready to go the extra mile to ensure that each job is done right the first time.
