TRANSWESTERN ROLE

John is an Executive Vice President with Transwestern’s Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions group based in Chicago. He is an active member of Transwestern’s National Healthcare, Private Equity and Higher Education Practice Groups. John specializes in developing comprehensive real estate strategies while managing transactions for corporate users and portfolio companies in the healthcare, private equity, education, software, financial services, business services sectors. John’s background in commercial real estate, marketing and corporate account management makes him an important team member in Chicago’s Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions Group.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to Transwestern, John was a senior broker at Cushman and Wakefield on a team that initially completed more than 300 transactions representing over 5,000,000 square feet of office and industrial properties. John specializes in tenant representation and corporate client services involving strategy development and negotiating commercial leases, developing real estate strategy, and commercial lease restructuring and assisting with the acquisition, consolidation and disposition of owned or leased properties. Some of his clients include Frazier Healthcare, Gryphon Investors, Silver Oak Services Partners and Vista Equity Partners.
