John has 20 years of experience spanning construction, asset and development management. Throughout his career, he has participated in the development of over 2,200 apartments and 150,000 square feet of retail. Recent projects include NoMaCNTR, a $350 million, 670,000-square-foot mixed-use space with 500 apartments, a 235-key Marriott hotel and 40,000 square feet of retail, and The Foundry, a $225 million, 630,000-square-foot office-to-residential adaptive reuse project with 520 apartments and 25,000 square feet of retail.
Before joining Transwestern, John served as Development Manager with Vornado Realty Trust and Comstock Partners, where he managed all aspects of the development of various mixed-use, transit-oriented projects in the Washington metropolitan area. Prior to his career in development, he was an analyst with PNC Realty Investors and a construction manager with John Moriarty and Associates.
