TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As Director of Engineering/Senior Chief for the Houston region, Jericho is responsible for providing engineering training, guidance to the Engineering team, property reviews/audits and sustainable reporting for the Houston area.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Jericho has been an engineer for over 20 years. He has assisted with single-building projects and multiple-building campuses.  His experience includes new building startup, property acquisition, capital/R&M project management/administration, life safety management/administration, BAS management/administration, budgeting/utility management/administration, Energy Star Portfolio & LEED Management/Administration, contracted services management/administration, PM Management/Administration, supervising engineering team members and contractors.
  • Served as a Member of DEAT (Duke Energy Asset Team) For Houston and The Carolina Regions.
  • Served as a Member of HRRT (Hurricane Rapid Response Team) For Houston and Louisiana Regions.
  • Served as a Member of The Chase Washington Mutual Asset Acquisition Team Provided Property Assessments in Houston and Washington State.
