Jenni Woodruff

Jenni serves as the General Manager for two Class A office towers, 1900 and 2000 West Loop South, approximately 900,000 square feet in the Galleria/Uptown Houston area. Jenni oversees the building management team, building operations, accounting functions, and all other facets of the building as General Manager.

Jenni began her real estate career with Transwestern in 2017.  She is experienced in many aspects of real estate management, including property management and fiscal management.

 

Prior to joining the Asset Services team, Jenni worked as an analyst in Research and Analytics for Transwestern, serving both internal and external clients. During this time, she prepared pitches, studied market data to draw trends and prepared market reports for many sectors of the market, including retail, industrial, healthcare and office.

 

She has functional experience in all regards of property management, including tenant relations, lease administration as well as property financial administration. Jenni is also a founding member of Transwestern Houstons Innovation Team. She leads regular connections between property management team members and is responsible for collecting data from all managers to enhance property services and offerings across the region.  Prior to her current portfolio, Jenni worked as an Assistant Property Manager on the management team at Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center, a 700,000 SF portfolio.

 

She is familiar with MRI, Yardi, Angus Anywhere, Impak, Nexus, Datawatch and Kastle Systems and has 5 years of budgeting and expense reconciliation experience.

Jenni is a Certified Property Manager (CPM); Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM); and a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas.
