Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Jeff serves as Southeast Regional Partner and leads the region’s multifamily development efforts. He is responsible for identifying business opportunities and assembling professional teams to develop  new multifamily and mixed-use projects.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, Jeff served as Division President of Lennar Multifamily Communities, LLC (LMC) for the Carolinas. He was responsible for sourcing, negotiating and executing new multifamily and mixed-use development projects in North and South Carolina. Projects included 2,440 luxury apartments, including a 33-story high-rise, and 46,000 SF of retail with a total development cost of approximately $775 million.
 
Jeff served as Executive Vice President & Regional Investment Director – East for Post Properties before joining LMC.  At Post, Jeff was responsible for the development of 1,151 luxury rental apartments with 20,000 square feet of retail plus the sales and marketing of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Buckhead, a 129-unit luxury condominium project located in Atlanta, GA. 
 
In addition to his mixed-use and multifamily experience, Jeff has worked in master-planned community development with The St. Joe Company of Jacksonville, FL and East West Partners in Chapel Hill, NC.

EDUCATION

Jeff received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wake Forest University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
