Atlanta – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces its Southeast regional headquarters is departing Tower Place after 10 years and relocating to the City Club of Buckhead’s former space at AFC Buckhead, a 914,774-square-foot office campus at 3344 Peachtree Road NE in Atlanta. Transwestern will occupy AFC’s top two floors when the move is complete in March 2021. Transwestern provides leasing and property management services for the Class A property on behalf of owner Sumitomo Corporation of Americas.

One of the city’s most recognizable addresses, AFC is a three-building complex in Atlanta’s financial district. Located in the epicenter of Buckhead, the property enjoys direct access to Highway 400 and walkability to MARTA’s Buckhead station and neighboring restaurants and retail.
The office complex features an outdoor park with Peachtree Road access and a recently renovated atrium with tables and soft seating. Additional amenities include AFC’s Athletic Club & Spa, Highland Bakery, Blue Chip Café and Truist Bank, a florist, hair salon, and car detailing and dry cleaning services.
