Biography
TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Emily Sircy Leek is vice president of management services based out of Transwestern’s Atlanta office. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of a number of office and mixed-use portfolios.
With more than fifteen years’ experience managing and leasing Class A office space, Emily is an expert at lease and contract management, budget and construction management, and investment functions such as financial modeling, project strategy and transactions, and ownership/lender interaction. She also has extensive knowledge of commercial office leasing, including marketing, lease negotiation, and lease financial analysis.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Prior to joining Transwestern, Emily served as senior real estate manager in several property management and leasing capacities for Hines Interests Limited Partnership and, prior to that, supported the leasing team at Taylor & Mathis.

Emily is a licensed salesperson in the state of Georgia and is a member of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
EDUCATION
Emily received her bachelor’s from Oglethorpe University.
