Elizabeth Larkin

Elizabeth is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of a portfolio of four buildings, consisting of approximately 425,000 square feet of office and medical office space with 49 tenants, as well as the condominium owners association for a 500,000-square-foot office and hotel building. She is a member of a team that provides innovative asset services for approximately 8.1 million square feet of commercial real estate space across Greater Phoenix.

During her 10-year property management career, Elizabeth has gained experience managing over 4 million square feet in a wide range of properties, including office, retail, industrial, condominium and medical office. Prior to joining Transwesterns Phoenix team, she was a senior real estate manager with the Ryan Companies, where she managed a 458,000 square-foot, high-rise office building. Previously, she held property management roles at BKM Management Company and Main Street Real Estate Advisors.
