Claudia is a leasing associate with Transwestern’s Healthcare Advisory group, where she specializes in representing local and national dental clients, guiding them in acquiring, renewing, and relocating office space. Claudia is a thoughtful, technology-driven thinker and has a fresh, forward-looking perspective on what today’s Dentists need in an office environment and experience. When it comes to dental care – or dental real estate – a provider that understands your industry and looks out for your best interests makes a world of difference. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Claudia has more than 20 years of Dental Sales experience. Her direct interactions as a Sales Representative servicing Dentists during her employment with Patterson Dental and Henry Schein taught her the understanding of the successes and challenges of the Dental Practice Operations when it comes to Equipment, Technology, Service Repair and Supplies.
 
Setting up New Dental Offices has always been a passion of Claudia; she welcomes new opportunities to facilitate successful transactions with a trusted Dental Network Professionals Referrals such as Banks, CPA, Attorney, Builders, Architect, Dental Dealers, technology, equipment and supplies manufacturers. No matter the challenge, Claudia is ready to take it on with knowledge, patience, and perseverance. She is also bilingual, proudly offering my services in both Spanish and English.
