TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Kelli is responsible for property management services at 801 Tower, a class-A high-rise office building made up of approximately 600,000 square feet in Downtown Los Angeles. 

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Kelli has over 19 years of experience in commercial real estate services.  Prior to joining Transwestern, Kelli assisted senior management at Ocean West Capital Partners, with the oversight and coordination of all property management, maintenance, leasing and construction activities for a 300,000 SF, class-A high rise office building in Orange County.  Prior to Ocean West, Kelli served as a leasing assistant with Maguire Properties and Equity Office where she supported senior executive level leasing, marketing and operations for a portfolio consisting of 8 million square feet of office properties in Orange County. Kelli is particularly strong in operations, client relations and project analysis.
