Brett Chamberlain

Brett is a Building Engineer working at a Class A office building located in Rockville, Maryland. He works closely with the Chief Engineer on all operational and maintenance requirements and several base building and tenant improvement projects in progress at this location. Previously, he oversaw the day to day engineering operations at the Century 21 Office Complex, a 3 building, 167,800-square-foot office complex in Germantown, Maryland. He was responsible for daily operations, maintenance, and building supervision. In addition, he worked together with property managers and the engineering team in order to maintain energy management, mechanical systems and perform preventative maintenance and repairs.

Brett began his engineering career with Transwestern in 2018. He previously worked at Savitar Realty Advisors as a Chief Building Engineer, where his responsibilities included performing preventative maintenance, overseeing outside contractors, and supervising maintenance technicians.
