A proven leader with a nearly 20-year career, Lamar has worked for companies including Avison Young, Newmark Knight Frank and Theron Technology Solutions. Asia's extensive experience includes leading portfolio optimization for distinguished institutions, investors and public entities, as well as fostering strategic alliances between public and private sectors, which contribute to economic growth and community development. Her advisory work for high-profile clients is notable, leveraging her deep expertise to positively influence the real estate landscape. Some of her standout client engagements include Louis Vuitton, Nokia, San Bernardino County and the City of St. Louis, among others.

Asia graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Africana and Latin American studies from Colgate University. She has received certifications from Johns Hopkins University in Managing Data Analysis, Building A Data Science Team, and Data Science in Real Life.
