Ashley Wensrich

Ashley joined Transwestern’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Advisory Services Group, bringing her expertise as an Associate Broker and Marketing Specialist. Her primary focus is on managing the leasing operations for new tenants at the Memorial Hermann Southwest Campus. With her innovative and proactive approach, Ashley is poised to make significant contributions to the team.

 

In her previous role, Ashley served as the Marketing Manager and leasing associate for a privately held real estate group, where she oversaw the marketing and leasing activities for 1 million square feet of commercial office space in Houston. Notably, she received a Crystal Awards from the American Marketing Association for her outstanding work in brochure design.

 

Ashley's track record of success and her commitment to excellence make her a valuable addition to the Transwestern team. Her blend of marketing acumen and leasing experience positions her well to drive success in her new role.

 

In her spare time Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons. Ashley is also a long distance runner and has completed many half marathons and one marathon.
