Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Andrew joined Transwestern's Midwest Region in 2011 as managing director of the Investment Services Group. He, along with partner Marc Imrem, established and leads the National Net Lease and Sale Leaseback group.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

With 12 years of commercial real estate experience, Andrew joined Transwestern from Baum Realty Group where he served as vice president on the investment sales team focusing on single tenant net lease transactions. While there, Andrew also helped originate and implement a Baum Realty Group lender services division that focused on offering lenders a program to assist with the turnaround of troubled assets. These services included valuation, leasing, development completion, management, receivership and sale.
 
Prior to Baum, Andrew held a vice president position in the Investment Sales Group at Inland Real Estate specializing in the sale of retail net lease assets on a national level, urban infill mixed-use investment properties and value-add assets regionally. Over the course of his career, Andrew has grossed in excess of $650 million in sales volume in more than 150 transactions. Approximately 50 percent of all of his career transactions have been single tenant net lease or net lease transactions. Andrew has represented many notable companies including General Electric, Inland Real Estate, Mesirow, Cole Capital, Home Depot, MB Financial Bank, TCF Bank, Wintrust Financial Corporation and various private equity funds and family trusts.

EDUCATION

Andrew received a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Illinois. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois.
