TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Allison Perry is a Vice President of Transwestern’s Mid-Atlantic Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions practice. Based out of the Bethesda office, she is focused suburban MD market. Her role centers around generating new leasing prospects, identifying opportunities for represented clients, and actively supporting business development initiatives. With a deep understanding of the local market dynamics, Allison plays a key role in helping tenants find the ideal workplace solutions that align with their business objectives.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Before joining Transwestern, Allison served as a Senior Real Estate Advisor with MacKenzie's southern brokerage team, where she excelled in building strong tenant and landlord relationships along the I-95 Corridor. Notable Clients include Princeton University, School of Public and International Affairs (SPIA), RRD International (subsidiary of Uniphar Group), Karrington Clinical Labs, Engineering Design Technologies (EDT), Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS), Global Facility Solution, Michael Graves Architecture & Design, Boyd Watterson Asset Management, and Vanadium Group.
 
Previous work experience includes serving as Government Affairs Manager, where Allison focused on national, state, and local regulatory and banking policy issues, with a notable emphasis on the Dodd-Frank Act. She also has a strong background in the healthcare industry, having worked as the Marketing and Community Relations Coordinator for a thriving start-up Medicaid Managed Care Organization that later merged with a major Maryland hospital system during the implementation of the Affordable Care Act.
 
Beyond her professional achievements, Allison actively volunteers for the National Brain Tumor Society and dedicates her time as a Coach for Girls on the Run of the Great Chesapeake Region.

Allison holds a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University.
