TRANSWESTERN ROLE

A seasoned veteran in the human resource field, Allison is responsible for overseeing the Transwestern companies’ human resources for its more than 2,200 team members nationwide. She oversees a robust human capital strategy that aligns workforce management with Transwestern’s overarching business objectives for its four integrated companies. In her role, she taps into the strengths that have established the firm as a best place to work while identifying and implementing best practices to drive professional growth, maximize talent assets, and promote collaboration among a skilled, engaged, diverse workforce. Allison maintains a focus on employee engagement and its impact on retention and productivity, with an emphasis on the power of belonging as a catalyst for effective people initiatives and a dynamic culture.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Allison joined Transwestern with more than 25 years of experience in human resources. Prior to joining Transwestern, Allison served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Orchard Global, an asset management firm where she developed and executed international people programs and service delivery strategies, enhancing organizational decision-making and approaches for securing growth. Allison was also at Ernst & Young, assuming roles of increasing responsibility, ultimately leading a Center of Excellence delivering wide-ranging operational efficiencies and holding a role in focusing on modernizing structure and processes. She has participated in various interviews and speaking engagements.
