Alan has over 31 years of real estate experience in the metropolitan Washington DC area, all with Transwestern. He focuses on office/flex leasing and sales.


During his time with Transwestern, Alan has primarily focused on representing the healthcare industry, technology firms, government contracting firms, financial services firms and exclusively representing Landlords. His professional follow-up and follow-through have enabled him to effectively negotiate many multiple client requirements and allowed him to create long-term client relationships throughout his career. One of his strengths is his commitment to negotiating the most favorable transaction for his clients based upon their real estate needs.

Alan received a degree in accounting from The American University. In addition to his sales and marketing skills, his accounting and tax background has been an asset to his clients by creating and providing effective financial analyses to assist in their decision-making process.
