Biography
TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Ashley serves as Managing Director of Transwestern Development Company (TDC), which develops commercial real estate for itself, its partners and clients throughout the United States. She leads the execution of lending and financial placement for projects across logistics, multifamily, office and mixed-use properties, and plays a key role in cultivating and strengthening the firm’s commercial lending relationships.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Ashley joined Transwestern in 2015 and brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate lending experience to her role. Over the past decade, she has orchestrated the debt financing of over $4 billion in development projects across multiple product types. Collaborating across the Transwestern enterprise, her efforts have helped write dozens of real estate success stories for the firm. Based in Houston, Ashely is active in both local and national organizations, lending her expertise to a host of community and industry efforts.
Prior to joining Transwestern, Ashley was managing director of the Southwest regional office of MidFirst Bank for the National Income Property Group, where she ran the lending group based in Houston. She also has held real estate lending positions with Regions Bank, Key Bank and Wachovia.
