TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As a Vice President at Transwestern, Adam is responsible for advising and representing occupiers of office and industrial real estate throughout the world. He develops a bespoke approach to each client based on industry, business model, labor markets, and other macroeconomic factors.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, Adam served as a managing director at MGA, Inc., a premier Tenant Representation firm in Washington, DC where he worked with clients of all sizes. Helping both tenants and buyers throughout the US and globally. Adam represents tenants in a variety of sophisticated transactions that have led to better outcomes for their real estate needs. These have included working with global organizations to develop a multi-site real estate portfolio strategy, structuring a multi-million dollar lease renegotiation, and facilitating subleasing and other actions to maximize the value of leased space. Since 2015 he has completed over 100 transactions totaling more than $100 million in total transaction value. Some of his representative clients include Environmental Defense Fund, State Services Organization, (ISC)2, American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and Industrious.
 
In 2022, Adam earned his SIOR designation as an office specialist. The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), represents the world’s elite in industrial and office real estate. SIORs are held to the highest standard by closing successful transactions and completing stringent qualifications and curricula. SIOR is known as the most trusted resource in commercial real estate.
