X currently manages a 205,105 sq. ft. project on five acres in Culver City consisting of two five-story office buildings and a parking structure and a 113,000 sq. ft. office building in Santa Monica. He is responsible for monthly financial reporting, receivables/payables, vendor management, tenant relations, construction management and other related assignments. X has been very effective in implementing creative solutions that have saved money and added value for his clients.

During his 13 years with Transwestern, X has had numerous other assignments managing several other properties throughout the Southern California region. He has worked with prominent tenants including Oracle, X-G Productions, IPC Television, Compass Media Networks, Stories International, Omnia Media, House of Moves, Blue Ant Media,  State Farm Insurance, DataScience, Paychex North America, Whisper, TigerConnect, Cal Osha, Pearson Professional Centers, and the City of Los Angeles.

X has a 30-year history of success, including oversight of multimillion-dollar properties. He is a steadfast leader with a talent for cultivating and supporting tenant relationships, leading to high occupancy rates, minimal turnover and renewal of long-term leases.   

 

Prior to joining Transwestern in 2006, X managed a 30,000 sq. ft. Class A mixed-use office building at the Third Street Promenade for 12 years for a private investor. His responsibilities included oversight of all operations for the office component and a bi-level food court. X was responsible for the financial reporting, budget, tenant, vendor and owner relations. X was also with Tishman West/Shuwa Investments, managing the underground shopping center component of ARCO Plaza (Now known as National Plaza) for 7 years.  His career has exposed him to a wide variety of property product types and developed her expertise in providing excellent customer service to both his tenants and clients.

X was awarded Transwestern’s Property Manager of the Year for 2008. He is a member of BOMA and IREM.

X is a licensed real estate professional in the state of California and holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM®), Real Property Administrator (RPA®), and Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM®) designations.
