TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Managing Senior Vice President – Asset Services, Tonya Link, oversees regional property management across the firm’s 23.3 million-square-foot portfolio and service delivery to owners of all commercial product types. She also oversees all asset services staff, comprised of 143 property managers, building engineers and senior building leadership.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Tonya has 27 years of experience managing a broad range of commercial real estate assets. She previously served as vice president, senior property manager, for New Boston Fund in Arlington, Virginia, where she managed a portfolio of more than 1 million square feet of office space in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. Tonya also spent 10 years at Lerner Corporation, where she managed properties in Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia.

EDUCATION

Tonya received her MBA from Johns Hopkins University and bachelor’s degree in international business from Howard University. Additionally, she holds her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and is an IREM Certified Property Manager (CPM). Tonya maintains a Maryland real estate license and a District of Columbia property manager’s license.
