TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Senior Vice President Tonya Link leads Transwestern’s office practice for Asset Services in Northern Virginia. She also serves as the general manager for 1.2 million square feet of office space in the Metro Park portfolio located in Alexandria, Virginia. She manages a diverse staff of team members who deliver exceptional service to the client and tenants.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Tonya has 27 years of experience managing a broad range of commercial real estate assets. She previously served as vice president, senior property manager, for New Boston Fund in Arlington, Virginia, where she managed a portfolio of more than 1 million square feet of office space in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. Tonya also spent 10 years at Lerner Corporation, where she managed properties in Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia.

Tonya holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree in international business from Howard University. She holds Tonya holds her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and is an IREM Certified Property Manager (CPM). She holds a Maryland real estate license and a District of Columbia property manager’s license.
