Tonya is the general manager for 1.2 million square feet in the Metro Park portfolio located in Alexandria, Virginia. She manages a diverse staff of team members who deliver exceptional service to our client and tenants.


Tonya has more than 20 years of experience managing a broad range of commercial real estate assets. Most recently, she was employed as vice president, senior property manager, for New Boston Fund in Arlington, Virginia, where she managed a portfolio of more than one million square feet of office space in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. Tonya also spent 10 years at Lerner Corporation, where she managed properties in Washington, D.C., and northern Virginia.


Tonya holds her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and is an IREM Certified Property Manager (CPM). She holds a Maryland real estate license and a District of Columbia property manager's license. She has been active in professional organizations including the Apartment and Office Building Association (AOBA), BOMA and NAIOP.


Tonya earned a bachelor's degree in international business with a minor in marketing from Howard University in Washington, D.C., and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.
