Biography
TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Tim serves as Senior Vice President of Safety and Security, overseeing all related aspects at Transwestern-managed properties in the Midwest. In this role, he customizes a program of policies and procedures for each site, working hands-on to manage systems and personnel. Tim directs multi-site strategies to advance compliance, resilience and operational excellence across commercial properties. He partners with asset and property management teams to tailor policies, procedures, training and personnel deployment for each site, including practical tabletop exercises that elevate incident preparedness.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Tim has over 25 years of experience managing security programs across hospital, commercial, residential, educational, and corporate office locations. Before joining Transwestern in 2021, he served as Senior Vice President at SOS Security and as Principal and Executive Vice President at Apex 3 and Premier Security. With Apex 3 and Premier Security, Tim managed Human Resources for a 1,500-person organization, overseeing employee benefits, compliance, full life-cycle recruitment, workers’ compensation, labor issues and general liability matters. He also oversaw security operations for large teams across multiple sites. Tim blends security operations with human-capital best practices to improve vendor performance and workforce engagement.
