TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Tiffany currently serves as Senior Property Manager for Bank of America Tower in downtown Houston where she leads a multidisciplinary team overseeing a dynamic, mixed-use ecosystem that includes a 26,000 SF food hall serving as a central hub of the Downtown Houston Tunnel system.
In this role, Tiffany advises institutional ownership on capital allocation and long-term asset performance, with a focus on integrating office, retail, and experiential components to drive activation and value. Her scope includes directing capital planning and execution, optimizing third-party vendor and retail operator performance, overseeing lease administration and regulatory compliance and advancing tenant experience, sustainability initiatives, and proptech integration. Known for disciplined judgment and executive-level communication, Tiffany translates operational complexity into strategic outcomes, enhancing asset performance, mitigating risk and elevating the tenant and customer experience across high-profile, mixed-use environments.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Tiffany began her career with Transwestern at Marina City, an iconic mixed-use development in Chicago’s CBD, where she built a strong foundation operating within a highly integrated live-work-play environment. Early progression within the organization provided her with a comprehensive understanding of complex asset operations across office, retail, residential, and hospitality components. She has since distinguished herself through the successful transition of high-profile assets from development to operations, including 155 North Wacker, a 1.1 million square foot trophy office tower, and Harper Court, a mixed-use development in Hyde Park. In these roles, Tiffany partnered closely with development teams through pre-completion, establishing operating frameworks, integrating retail and amenity components, and positioning each asset for efficient stabilization and accelerated lease-up.
In Houston, Tiffany served as General Manager for Four Oaks Place, a 2.3 million square foot multi-building campus in the Galleria submarket, where she played a key leadership role during significant repositioning. Her work focused on enhancing tenant experience, modernizing operations, and implementing campus-wide initiatives that strengthened connectivity, activation, and long-term asset performance. Across her career, Tiffany brings deep expertise in operating and repositioning complex, mixed-use and campus environments.
