As a Senior Associate with Transwestern’s Transaction Sciences team, Thomas is responsible for the negotiation of lease and purchase transactions, complex document review and portfolio management/consulting for the team’s multi-market clients, along with new business development. In just over three years with the company, Thomas has been instrumental in negotiating lease and purchase transactions in markets across the United States totaling over $150 million in gross value. Immediately prior to his current role, Thomas was Business & Legal Analyst for the Transaction Sciences team, leveraging his legal background to gain experience with document review and negotiation, comparative analysis and market research.


Thomas currently sits on the Transwestern Emerging Leaders Council, co-leads Atlanta initiatives for the Transwestern Young Professionals (TYP) group, and serves on the steering committee for Transwestern’s national partnership with the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Additionally, he is a graduate of the 2016 MS Leadership Class, a selected group of young professionals tasked with raising awareness and funds for research and programs related to the eradication of Multiple Sclerosis.


Thomas joined Transwestern’s Atlanta office after graduating from the University of Surrey in Guildford England, where he achieved high honors and received a Bachelor of Law degree. While obtaining his education, Thomas was actively involved with the University’s Annual Alumni Fund, where he gained cold calling experience targeting international alumni to make financial contributions. He also served as a Census Collector for the United Kingdom’s 2011 Census.
