TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As Executive Managing Director, Strategic Partnerships in the Corporate Strategy Group, Sue Oldham leads efforts to deepen community engagement and develop strategic partnerships that advance business growth and innovation across the Transwestern enterprise. She focuses on building long-term alliances with universities, nonprofit organizations, industry institutions and friends of the firm to support initiatives that drive measurable social impact, talent development and brand visibility across key markets.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Sue brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic planning, business transformation, talent management, and non-profit board service. Most recently, as Director of Talent Solutions at Transwestern, Sue successfully launched a transformative, firmwide talent acquisition strategy. Her deep experience in nonprofit leadership and community involvement will be instrumental in shaping our external engagement strategy and amplifying our philanthropic footprint.

Prior to joining Transwestern in 2024, she held senior leadership roles at Vanderbilt University, Rice University, and KPMG, where she led cross-functional initiatives that enhanced stakeholder engagement, improved operational efficiency, and created measurable value.
