Siobhan McNichols

Siobhan serves as a senior property manager where she is responsible for the daily management and operations for multiple Class A properties partnered with Transwestern. She prepares and produces comprehensive monthly property reports, quarterly financial statements and cash reconciliation. She consistently works towards superior satisfactory solutions in management and construction while maintaining positive tenant relationships. Involved with budget preparation, she is able to create accurate budgets with focus on adding value while increasing owner’s NOI.

recently, she worked with Cushman & Wakefield in a senior property manager role. She successfully managed the daily operations of two office parks consisting of 17 Class A and B office buildings in Atlanta and one Class A office in Decatur; including the engineering, security, and property management team. She effectively managed and supervised capital expenditures and tenant improvement projects by working closely with construction managers to complete all projects on time and within budget parameters which had current capital oversight of $13M.

 

Preceding C&W, she worked with RPO Property Management, LLC for 3 years. During her time, she oversaw the daily building operations of 1,024,314 SF that were a mix Class A and B office and data center space.

Siobhan holds a bachelor’s in Environmental Development from Southern Polytechnic University.
