Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Donna currently assists in the management and operations of a Silicon Valley-based portfolio of office and R & D properties. Donna is the first contact for day-to-day operations and is highly skilled at handling all aspects of tenant and vendor-related issues.
 
Her responsibilities include tenant / vendor communications, facilitation and follow-up on work orders, aged receivables, account payables, monthly reports, and budget preparation. Additionally, Donna assists in the preparation of various tenant and vendor account reconciliations, legal collection documents, and service agreements. Other responsibilities include vendor contract administration, coordinating with contractors for repair work, compiling sub-meter information for billing purposes and overall assistance in maintaining excellent property appearance and ensuring tenant satisfaction. She is experienced with a variety of financial and accounting-related software applications, including both MRI and Yardi.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Donna has been working with Transwestern for the past six years, with experience in the transitional phases of both building acquisitions and dispositions.
 
Prior to joining Transwestern, Donna served as a residential leasing consultant and marketing representative for apartment communities in Fremont, Pleasanton and Oakland, California. Donna has over 10 years of experience working in property management. She also has more than five years of management-level customer service for high-end retailers and 15 years of experience as an assistant for a family run handyman and property management company based in the East Bay. Her strengths include superior customer service skills, attention to detail and professionalism.   

EDUCATION

Donna received her associate degree in Social Sciences from Ohlone College. She is currently working on her California real estate license.
