Simon Porras

Simon Porras is a Broker Associate in the Rosemont, Illinois office. He works primarily in the I-55 corridor, focusing on tenant representation, owner representation and build-to-suit advisory, as well as site, building and investment acquisitions and dispositions. Combining market knowledge, responsiveness and a strong work ethic, Simon skillfully navigates clients’ real estate needs, whether they’re expanding, consolidating, liquidating assets or executing sale-leasebacks. Simon is committed to building long-term relationships and delivering solutions aligned with clients’ operational and financial goals.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Simon was an Associate with Cawley Chicago, where he advised owners and occupiers on industrial leasing and transaction strategies. Within his first year in brokerage, Simon assisted his fellow brokers in the completion of four lease transactions totaling more than 300,000 square feet. Outside of real estate, Simon is actively involved with several nonprofit organizations, dedicating his time to volunteering and mentoring within Chicago communities.

Simon received his associate’s degree in business administration from the College of Lake County.
