Scott Henderson

As Executive Vice President of Development in Transwestern Development Company’s National Logistics Group, Scott generates logistics development opportunities across the Northeastern markets of Central Pennsylvania, Maryland, Southern New Jersey, Boston, and Virginia.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Scott led market strategy and deal pipeline generation as Senior Vice President and Northeast Market Officer at Outrigger Industrial. Previously, he served as Vice President of Leasing and Development for Duke Realty, where he grew the company’s Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey industrial portfolio through new development and investments. He has also held senior-level positions at Nappen & Associates, a prominent, privately held Philadelphia-based industrial real estate development firm, and at Newmark and Cushman & Wakefield.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Arizona.
