TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As senior vice president of Asset Services, Rosie oversees property management and engineering of Transwestern’s Phoenix assets. Current clients include DWS, C-III, Stockbridge, Transwestern Investment Group and Griffin Capital.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern in 2019, Rosie was a director of asset management for City Office REIT, overseeing several Class A commercial office buildings in Phoenix totaling more than 5 million square feet.  Rosie began her career with Ryan Companies, where she grew her real estate experience in the property management, development, and construction management departments.

Rosie has a keen interest in leasing, and asset repositioning and actively pursues opportunities for reducing costs and optimizing building performance in a cost-effective manner. She brings professionalism, creativity, energy and personal dedication to each of her projects.

EDUCATION

Rosie attended Arizona State University and majored in Spanish and transborder studies. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Arizona.
