TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Patrick currently works as a commercial real estate advisor at Transwestern's Edina, MN, office. There, he helps guide clients by aligning their current company objectives with their short—and long-term real estate goals. He is dedicated to solving problems for clients and ensuring they achieve optimal outcomes. 

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Patrick's journey in the real estate industry began in the summer of 2022 as a Brokerage Analyst. There, he collaborated closely with brokers and gained valuable industry insights. As a second-generation Minneapolis broker, he possesses a deep, innate understanding of the field.

His expertise spans tenant representation and leasing industrial, medical, and office spaces. He brings a fresh perspective to the real estate process that consistently benefits his clients. During his professional career, he has worked with various companies, including Friends of the Mississippi River (FOMR), Cathedral Hill Montessori School, The Saint Paul Conservatory of Music (SPCM), and Robert Half International.
 
Patrick’s main goal is to help advise clients through the nuanced world of corporate real estate, and to give them the tools needed to make informed, business decisions that help their business run more efficiently and effectively for years to come.
