TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Oha Yejekwe is an Associate in Transwestern’s Rosemont, Illinois office, where he specializes in investment sales and tenant advisory services for industrial and flex space clients across the Chicago suburbs. He represents both emerging local growth companies and large national portfolio organizations, helping clients align real estate strategy with long-term business objectives and navigate complex market decisions with confidence.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, Oha interned at Logistics Property Company LLC, where he supported the underwriting on properties totaling more than one million square feet of industrial space across Chicago’s O’Hare submarket and in New Jersey. He also interned at Project Destined and served as Head of Growth and Real Estate Partners Lead at Abode Student Housing, a student housing startup. Oha is passionate about developing his skills and has participated in several real estate education programs, including a six-week capital markets program with CBRE and a five-semester real estate-focused academy with The Reichard Real Estate Finance Academy.

EDUCATION

Oha received his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
