TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Nicole oversees Asset Services for Transwesterns Los Angeles market, a portfolio consisting of 5.5 million rentable square feet including office, retail and industrial properties in major submarkets throughout Los Angeles County for both institutional and private ownerships.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

With over 20 years of property management experience, Nicole has successfully transferred the new management of hundreds of properties and has actively pursued business development with existing and new clients.  She has assisted clients with both the acquisition and disposition of over 50 properties throughout her career.  Her success stems from the balance that she creates between managing both owner and tenant expectations.  In 2012, Nicole created and implemented a national property management platform for one of her larger national clients consisting of 4.16 million square feet of Class A office properties.  In 2015, Nicole implemented the Transwestern Experience, Transwesterns approach to quality customer service, at all managed assets within the Los Angeles Region, taking customer service to new heights.  In 2017, Nicole became the national Transwestern Account Manager for a major client, successfully transitioning 24 properties (4.6 million RSF) across the country, working with both regional leadership and local property management staff.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

In 2014 and 2005, Nicole received Transwesterns highest West region award, the Legendary Service Award.  In 2013, Nicole received Transwesterns highest national award, the Management Services Award.  Nicole was nominated in 2015 for the prestigious Los Angeles Business Journal Women Making a Difference Award.  In 2017, Nicole was named a Women of Influence in the July/August 2017 issue of Real Estate Forum magazine.
 
Nicoles is a member of the following organizations:

EDUCATION

Nicole received her bachelor's degree in political science with a minor in business administration from the University of Portland.  She is a licensed real estate professional in the state of California and holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation.
