Transwestern Represented Leading Global Wholesale Distributor During New Lease

FT. LAUDERDALE, FLA. – Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS) today announces today that United National Consumer Suppliers (UNCS) has moved its headquarters into a 10,000-square-foot, built-to-suit space taking the entire second floor at 1501 NE 26th St. in the Wilton Manors area of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The lease was brokered by TCS and marks the office user’s relocation and expansion within Fort Lauderdale.
Transwestern Managing Director Glenn Gregory and Executive Managing Director Ben Eisenberg represented UNCS, a leading wholesale distributor that sources products worldwide for strategic consumer market placement, during the transaction.

Recent trends continue to reflect Broward County’s tightening market as companies grow and take more space. According to TCS research, overall office vacancy was 11.3 percent in second-quarter 2019, the lowest in a decade. As of 2019, the local unemployment rate was at 3 percent which is lower than both the state and national rates.
The landlord, WM 1501 Venture LLC, was represented by Scott Helms of the ownership group.
