Glenn brings with him extensive experience evaluating, developing and executing real estate strategies for owners, investors, and occupiers of office space. He is known for his deep industry experience and relationships, strong leadership and a rigorous process designed to create and maximize value, reduce costs, and provide flexibility for his clients. Glenn’s commercial real estate career in South Florida spans more than 30 years.
Among his major landlord leasing agency assignments, Glenn had the privilege to oversee the marketing and leasing of Southeast Financial Center - 1.2M SF Class-A office building, 600 Brickell – Brickell World Plaza - 631,866 SF Class-A office building, 801 Brickell – 415,150 SF Class-A office building, 1221 Brickell – 407,246 SF Class-A office building, and Brickell Bay Office Tower – 280,500 SF Class-A office building. All of the aforementioned projects are located within the Miami CBD. Glenn was instrumental in securing the marketing and leasing assignment for Miami Tower – 619,093 SF Class-A office building.
Glenn has worked with an array of noteworthy corporate clients including, but not limited to HSBC Bank USA (67,000 SF), Morgan, Lewis & Bockius (50,000 SF | 35,000 SF), EFG Capital International Corp. (39,000 SF | 45,000 SF), Dresdner Bank Lateinamerika AG (32,000 SF), Crédit Agricole Private Bank Miami (30,000 SF), Banco Internacional De Costa Rica, S.A. (16,000 SF), Bulltick Capital Markets (16,000 SF), Deutsche Bank Florida N.A. (15,000 SF), Barclays Bank PLC (12,000 SF), INTL FCStone, Inc. (10,000 SF), Hapag Lloyd (8,000 SF), Mars Petcare U.S. (7,500 SF), HTC Corporation (5,000 SF), and The Cheesecake Factory, Inc. (Multiple Locations).
He comes to the company from Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance where he served a brief stint as the Executive Managing Director of their office practice group. Earlier, Glenn was an Executive Vice President at the Miami office of Jones Lang LaSalle, now JLL, where he specialized in tenant representation and agency leasing. He also co-chaired the Miami Office Leadership Team, and was a member of the company’s national law firm practice group. During his tenure at Jones Lang LaSalle he was recognized as a top producer in 2011, 2012, and 2013. Prior to that he held senior positions at various brokerage concerns, including Cushman & Wakefield, and founded and led AFA Real Estate Services a boutique real estate brokerage firm.
