1.2 MSF Georgia-Pacific Center property management awarded to Transwestern

ATLANTA – Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS) today announces it has been awarded the exclusive property management assignment of Georgia-Pacific Center, a 1.2 million-square-foot, Class A tower at 133 Peachtree St. in downtown Atlanta. TCS’s Atlanta property management team will spearhead an innovative asset strategy to enhance the tenant experience at the trophy asset on behalf of ownership, Georgia-Pacific LLC.

Constructed in 1982, Georgia-Pacific Center offers tenants excellent on-site amenities and city walkability. Additionally, the building holds LEED® Gold Certification, is a member of the City of Atlanta’s Better Buildings Challenge, and offers tenants many sustainability programs aimed at reducing waste and recycling.
