HOUSTON – Transwestern has been selected by Stena Real Estate AB to provide agency leasing and asset services for Woodbranch Plaza, a 580,558-square-foot, Class A office campus located in Houston’s Energy Corridor. Leasing efforts will be led by Transwestern Senior Vice President Katy Gragg and Executive Managing Director Eric Anderson.

The campus is supported by a strong tenant base, including Sasol Chemicals, NuDevCo, OFD and Stena Drilling.
Transwestern will focus on delivering a cohesive, campus-wide experience by activating shared amenity spaces, streamlining operations across all four buildings and introducing programming that fosters tenant engagement and connectivity.
The assignment marks a new collaboration between Transwestern and Stena Real Estate AB, rooted in shared values of long-term ownership, strong relationships and a commitment to thoughtful asset stewardship. As a debt-free, long-term owner with no defined exit strategy, Stena is uniquely positioned to prioritize and elevate the tenant experience.
Situated in the east Energy Corridor submarket, the campus is one exit west of Beltway 8. The four-building campus offers a blend of newer construction in buildings III and IV and well-maintained, legacy space in buildings I and II.
Ownership plans to enhance the property through lobby, common area and restroom renovations, as well as upgraded landscaping and a revitalized outdoor greenspace. Spec suites in sizes ranging from 2,000 – 15,000 square feet are currently under construction to support immediate occupancy needs, in addition to two full-floor opportunities available for fully customized buildouts.
Woodbranch Plaza features a full suite of amenities, including a fitness center with locker rooms, shared conference facilities, on-site deli service, structured parking, modernized lobbies and controlled building access.
