TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Katy serves as Senior Vice President with over 10 years of experience in the Houston office market, specializing in landlord representation. She is responsible for leasing over 2 million square feet of top-tier office space across the Greater Houston area. She is skilled at negotiating leases, crafting highly effective marketing campaigns, and maximizing value on behalf of institutional and private real estate investors and developers. Katy uses a highly individualized approach with each client in order to accomplish and more often than not, exceed expectations. 
 
Katy played a key role in several of the city’s most significant lease transactions including Apache’s 328,000-sf lease at BriarLake Plaza and Kiewit’s 277,000-sf lease at Energy Center I, and was integral in the headquarters relocations for Perry Homes.

EDUCATION

Katy graduated summa cum laude from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA with a degree in Business Journalism with Politics and Marketing concentrations. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
