Perkey is the Second Transwestern Team Member to Earn Recognition in 10 Years

LOS ANGELES – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces the Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Los Angeles (BOMA/GLA) has recognized Neal Perkey, RPA, FMA, General Manager of Asset Services, as the 2021 Property Manager of the Year for his outstanding performance. Perkey serves as the property manager for 801 Tower, a 25-story, 465,222-square-foot office tower in downtown Los Angeles.

Among these are the LA Better Buildings Challenge Winner for the U.S. Department of Energy; a Viral Response Certification from Fitwel; a Built Certification from Fitwel; the Earth Award from BOMA/GLA; the Pueblo Award from BOMA/GLA; the Sustainable Innovation Award from the USGBC Los Angeles Chapter; and the Kevin Devine Award from USGBC LA Chapter for demonstrating leadership in sustainable operations.
Recipients of BOMA’s Property Manager of the Year recognition demonstrate outstanding contributions to the commercial real estate industry through quality building management and professional growth. In addition, a deserving candidate will have a reputation of honesty and integrity in contract negotiation and provide a high level of professionalism in all their work with clients and the commercial real estate community.
