HOUSTON – Transwestern today announces Clarion Partners has retained the firm to provide leasing services for Westchase Park I and II, a newly constructed office complex strategically located in Houston’s Westchase district at 3600 W. Sam Houston Tollway between Richmond Avenue and Westpark Drive.
The 565,496-square-foot complex consists of two LEED® Gold certified, Class A buildings and a central, free-standing amenity center that provides a lush, campus-style office environment.
Transwestern Executive Vice President Eric Anderson and Senior Associates Parker Burkett and Katy Gragg will provide marketing and leasing services for the project.

The project can currently accommodate new tenants ranging from 5,000 to 140,000 square feet. Each floor features floor-to-ceiling glass and above-average ceiling heights, providing exceptional natural light throughout the premises. With both buildings fronting Beltway 8, tenants have unparalleled ingress and egress across the project.
