MINNEAPOLIS – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces it has charged proven industry veteran Mike Salmen with service delivery strategy and operational oversight of the firm’s Midwest Capital Markets team. As Managing Principal based in Minneapolis, Salmen has been integrally involved in the growth of all Transwestern service lines, and he will bring this expertise to his new position, working with city leaders and capital markets experts in the Chicago, Detroit, Milwaukee, Minneapolis and St. Louis markets as well as nationally.

Salmen, who has been with Transwestern and its predecessor since 1996, brings over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate to his new position. He has worked in both investment sales and leasing and has developed relationships locally, regionally and nationally.
