MIAMI – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces the promotion of Carlos Gaviria to Senior Vice President of Industrial Services in Miami. Gaviria is a member of the firm’s South Florida Industrial Team, an award-winning practice offering Agency Leasing, Asset Services, Tenant Solutions and Capital Market capabilities to regional and international clients.
“Carlos is an energetic and tenacious problem-solver who consistently goes the extra mile to serve his clients and our team,” said Ben Eisenberg, an Executive Managing Director at Transwestern. “He continues to play a pivotal role in strengthening Transwestern’s industrial platform in South Florida.”
Gaviria began his commercial real estate career in 2010 with a boutique firm before joining Transwestern in 2012 as an Associate. His recent transactions include representing Terreno Realty Corporation in the off-market purchase of a 6.72-acre industrial site in Medley, Florida for $20 million and subsequently negotiating a 10-year lease for the full facility with a national credit tenant on behalf of Terreno.

Gaviria graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurship and small business management. He is a member of the Miami-Dade Beacon Council and is actively involved in the Trade & Logistics Committee. He belongs to the Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida and is a proud supporter of Make-A-Wish®.
