Atlanta – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces it has been selected to provide Agency Leasing and Asset Services for Bailey Park, a flex office/industrial property composed of four single-story buildings and one two-story building at 1000 Cobb Place Boulevard in Kennesaw, Georgia. Transwestern’s Matt Spickard and Parks Brown will provide leasing services, and Russell Lipscomb will provide asset services on behalf of owner Serac Capital Partners LLC, a Houston-based private equity firm that acquired the asset this month.
